What do you expect to see on that night ? I hv recently meet up with quite a number of our old friends and they have changed alot.. esp. the gals... (you cant imagine how much they have changed over these 10 years.. prettier and more gorgeous of course..)..

first of all.... lets go on an agreed direction.
1. concept of the night - to dictate the event itinerary (i.e: elegant, funny, hillarious, emotional etc?)
2. theme of the night - more for dressing (retro, black tie, colours- as in red redezvous, sexy white... etc)
3. venue: my suggestion is to do it in a club or pool side area to minimize the cost of decoration as it will be a waste doing in a ballroom (cost us a bomb as we need to do set ups, decor, sound & light, AV equips blah blah )
4. RSVP is the most important thing, so ppl out there... b supportive....
Since most of us do not have time for this preparation, we might want to outsource the whole program out ( this might be costly). What i suggest is that we can do it in FREE & EASY style - afterall, its all about meeting all of us again and we wanna make this a successful one ! Cheers
