The 10th Anniversary Date & Venue is now FINAL !!!

Hi all,

We wish all our Muslim friends " Selamat Hari Raya" and the rest of the friends, happy holidays. It is really a good and long holiday? How and where do you spend your holidays? With family or with your love ones? Well for me, I have my weekends with my Boys' Brigade Officers (12th KL Coy >>> http://12thkl.blogspot.com/ ) in Port Dickson. We had a good time revealing the past one year progress and plan ahead for next year.

Sorry for not updating you guys on the progress of our gathering. The final date for the gathering will be on 12 Jan 2008, 730pm at Grand Kampar Hotel. We have done the survey and decided to hold our party there.

It is really a great place and we, Kamparian should be proud of this Hotel... 10 years ago, we dont even forsee that Kampar is going to be alive again with UTAR new development and Grand Kampar Hotel. Now, when you tell people you are from Kampar, you can be real proud and they all know exactly where you from, rather than have to tell them you are somewhere near Ipoh... haha..

We have more people to join in this organizing committee now. Let's welcome Weng Siew and Sun Sek on board...
from the left, we have KupSang, Quah, Sun Sek & Weng Siew ... ( we had our meeting at Kampar Pasar - with drinks and Chu Cheong Fun )

and we have our first registration for the Anniversary Dinner, yeah ...

Featuring Quah to accept the payment from Sun Sek .. yahoo !!! (FYI, Sun Sek paid RM 160 for 2 pax - he is bringing her fiance over).. Let's look forward for it..

We are encouraging more friends to bring their spouse and bf/gf over for this party !

Lets work together and make this gathering a success.

Those Were The Days !!!

Dear all,

I went up to Penang and had an important meeting with our brother, Quah and we have finally decide on the following :

1. Venue for the Anniversary will be held in Kampar - we have 2 choices A) ACS Kampar B) Grand Kampar Hotel. We find it more meaningful to do it in Kampar as this is our anniversary and many of us have less opportunity to come back to our beloved school and the best of all, to meet up with the teachers and know more about the latest development of the school.

2. We will be organizing a cocktail session with the teachers so that we get the opportunity to say thank you and let them see how we have grown up for the past 10 years. So its exciting to know some of us are married n have children n some are still singles... etc... gonna be lots of fun !

3. For presentation wise, we will get the clubs to perform to us. Then we got the time to reflect how were you those time. At the same time, give you the opportunity to critic / praise them (if they perform better than you)...

Basically, we would like to make this a really GET TOGETHER event. No matter how we do it, we just need a PLATFORM to meet again.

Either good or bad, we need all your supports !!!

We are planning to make a trip back to Kampar for this discussion on 3 August (Fri). We will be discussing with the school on this arrangement. Everyone is invited to join us for this discussion. Do put our hand together to make this a success ya !

How’s life everyone? It has been sometimes and I guess some of you might be wondering what happen to our 10th Anniversary Gathering?

Well, sorry for the delay as I was quite busy recently running around. Help is definitely needed from all of you to make this gathering a success.

I am suggesting that we hold this gathering at Rahsia Bar & Restaurant – which you can check it out at www.rahsia-kl.com. No concrete details at this moment until we have our 1st meeting.

I am planning for a meet-up with those who are available to further discuss on the Anniversary as follows:
